Who we are

EveryoneSnaps is operated by TravelMinds LLC. The service captures event photos at on-site booths and delivers them to guests on everyonesnaps.com. Contact: admin@travelminds.com.

What we collect

  • Photos captured at the booth (raw + processed).
  • A short retrieval code so guests can find their session at everyonesnaps.com.
  • Optional mobile phone number, only when a guest types it in to receive a link to their photos.
  • Optional email address, only when a guest provides it for the same purpose.
  • Account information for event hosts (email, hashed password, display name).
  • Standard operational telemetry (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and audit logs.

How we use it

  • To show guests their photos when they scan the booth's QR code.
  • To send the one transactional SMS or email that contains the link to their photos, when requested.
  • To let event hosts download and manage their event's photos.
  • To operate, secure, and audit the service.

Data sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers we use to run the service (e.g., Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage, Twilio for SMS delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Photos are stored in access-controlled storage; passwords are hashed; device tokens and API credentials are stored as secure hashes. All transport is over HTTPS.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing admin@travelminds.com.

SMS — phone numbers and consent

  • Phone numbers are collected only when a guest enters their own number at the booth to receive their photos.
  • Numbers are used solely to send one transactional SMS containing a link to that guest's photo gallery.
  • Numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
  • Mobile information and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
  • Phone numbers and consent records are retained for at least four (4) years to satisfy carrier audit requirements for A2P 10DLC messaging.
  • To request deletion of your phone number and associated consent record, email admin@travelminds.com with the phone number and approximate event date.
